Horizon uses team member focus groups to increase DEI awareness and is supported by three core focus groups: HWomen上升, 马赛克, and NextGen. These focus groups bring together team members who share a common identity, 特征, 和利益. They enhance team member engagement and support our mission, vision, and values.

The mission of HWomen上升 is to help facilitate education and awareness as well as create and adapt programs and policies that support 欧洲杯猜球网址 women in achieving their professional development and advancement goals and objectives. 马赛克 is focused on promoting a workplace that recognizes, 支持, and advances the multicultural 多样性 of our team members. NextGen facilitates education and the creation/adaptation of programs that support team members under 40 in achieving their professional development and advancement goals and objectives. NextGen’s major areas of interest will be networking, community, and team building.
HWomen上升, 马赛克, and NextGen work collaboratively to create a sense of belonging in order to empower our team members and allow them to bring their best selves to work. These groups serve as a platform for our team members to connect with colleagues. They provide a forum to help them develop both personally and professionally by providing access to networking and professional development opportunities, support for recruitment and retention efforts, 指导, 社区参与.
